REGISTRATION REQUIRED FOR DEVICE SOLD FOR CONTROLLING BACTERIA IN MARKETS. --A device being manufactured and sold in this state for the stated purpose of controlling meat-spoilage bacteria and fungi in meat markets and packing houses is subject to registration under this article. 1963-65 Op. Att'y Gen. p. 543.
